Cette interrogation contient en fait deux questions fondamentales: 1) Comment l'Etat peut-il promouvoir le bénévolat et l'engagement citoyen? 2) Comment les organisations travaillant avec des bénévoles et des volontaires peuvent-elles mieux attirer de personnes prêtes à s'engager dans une activité bénévole? En leur proposant de l'argent ou des avantages fiscaux? Ou autrement dit, le bénévolat doit-il vraiment être réduit à à des valeurs purement matérielles et économiques?. More...
