Project details

The international book and press fair draws some 120'000 visitors annually. The HUG have been present at this fair since 1999. This is an opportunity for them to disseminate information to the general public on their research and publications. Two specific messages will be delivered during the 2001 edition of the fair: community medicine and humanitarian action.

The HUG present a large amount of their own literature at the fair. This year, most publications, magazines, recent studies, Internet sites and data banks will be linked to the theme of community and humanitarian medicine.

The HUG exhibition stand use elements and means already proven effective during previous editions of the fair. Main components are a health bus, a health bar, a section dedicated to alcohol-violence-tobacco, another section dedicated to migration, travel and mobile health care, as well as a library.
