I am a freshly graduated doctor and an English-Spanish translator. I love learning about new cultures, travelling around the world and interacting with people from different countries. I am very fond of reading novels and watching films ,and I have a special interest in Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Embriology and Reproductive Health. I have spent most of life in a dystopian society and therefore, I have learnt how important it is to help others and participate actively in community projects.

I love to share stories and experiences; some call me a storyteller, I just like to talk. I enjoy all the cliches in life and being a mentor to young and old. I was told I sound like a teenager on the phone, but my presence shows more maturity. I also enjoy cheesy jokes and physical humor. I smile a lot therefore have many face wrinkles.

Each language opens up a whole new world. German is the language through which I first discovered life. Bilingual South Tyrol gave me access to Italian. French is the language I currently live in. English is my travel money – and the grand portal I found to literature studies. Russian opened up a completely new view on things I started to take for granted - like Latin roots in scientific terms. Spanish is a half open door through which I now and then take a glimpse at unknown lands. I am a certified translator and interpreter with over 4 years of experience in translating (focus on law and economics, the medical sector and literature), (web) publishing and event organisation for a think tank, almost 6 years of experience in the public information department at the UN Office in Geneva, as well as working experience with Kyrgyz charity foundations and the Swiss independent film sector.
